Visible is the New Invisible
Work on the invisible factors to bring improvement in
visible factors.
What do I mean by that?
Does every work in the industry belongs to the front end? No
Does the back end always play a minor role? No
Both the back end and front end are equally important for an organization to proceed successfully.
Similarly, the Brain is our back end and Actions and Habits are our front end.
Let's take an example- Has it ever happened that you realized you have an unfavourable habit or inappropriate action in particular situations? So, what do we do then? We promise not to make the same mistake again but we fail, that too miserably.
The most popular fails could be rectifying our habit of procrastination or overthinking or trying to wake up early by sleeping at midnight or becoming more punctual by leaving home late or maybe not panicking in difficult situations.
But do we realize that we committed such mistakes because it was somehow forced upon us by our subconscious mind to do so? It was kind of our instinct in situations. So, are we supposed to work on the front end here? No
We should focus on understanding the root causes and making
changes in the back end.
We have to bring changes in the way thoughts arises in our
mind, how we process them, the emotions we feel, the way we express our
emotions, the irrational decision we take, which has a harmful impact on our
brain, by watching negative content, listening to toxic people, or maybe
being in the wrong atmosphere.
All these play a major role in determining our thought process and future course of action.
It is very important to understand that our mind is the most powerful part of our body and the way we treat it is of utmost importance.
Sometimes ball is in our court and we can change the
environment or things surrounding us or stop watching or listening to those
which creates a disturbance within us to be calmer and
more peaceful thereby helping us to bring the desired changes.
Sometimes it isn't. So, then it is imperative to bring changes in the way we look at things around us and our behaviour. Our involvement in toxic activities should be minimised and then the changes will be visible. It should be a deliberate and conscious decision to pause ourselves from indulging in such not-so-helpful events.
This will yield results in terms of more joyfulness, more confidence, and more peacefulness than ever in ourselves. We will not doubt our capabilities and following an optimistic approach will be our instinctive decision.
Believe me, this will be life-changing to all who think they
are having negative thoughts or feeling stuck in some wrong habits or consider
their environment as a hindrance to their improvement and wishes to bring positive change in their life.
All those negative thoughts will be leaving their home which
they created in your mind and now you can hire new tenants which could be your long-ago
left hobby, any new learning, new happy people, a new happy memory, maybe new
achievements.
Therefore, to be excellent subconsciously, bring improvements deliberately.
