Introversial Issues
We all know what is controversial? Something which puts us
into trouble (haha).
Do you know what is Introversial? Well, it's a new word
coined by me (of course).
So, when you face a problem which totally belongs to an
introvert, I call it an Introversial issue.
So, if a girl tells you she has social anxiety tell her
it's an Introversial issue. When she asks what does that means explain to her the same. (Give me credit for sure... haha)
So, what I am trying to say is to listen and understand the problems of an introvert and give due importance to them. We all definitely have met some
introverts in our life, knowingly or unknowingly. When we spend time with them, we
realize that they have a lot of potentials but because they don't open up in front
of people, they have deficit of opportunities. They don't bring their opinion
strongly on the table and we tend to give them labels.
I have faced the same issue for a longer period of time.
People isolate you and you always find yourself alone even if you have a group
of friends.
So, support them in their journey. Respect their existence
and mindset. Don’t make them feel uncomfortable by isolating them from the discussion. Give them a chance to open up and you will see a completely new
person who is fun-loving, super adventurous, with amazing qualities.
But am I in complete support of introversial issues?? Nope.
So, am I trying to say that introverts should change their
personality?? Nope.
But am I asking them to bring certain improvements?? YEAH
Look at this-
First of all, let go of your shyness. We as Indians have a
common mindset of 'Log Kya Kahenge' in almost all our matters so we feel shy
in bringing out the inner us. We always
tend to talk to people looking at their standards especially strangers. And
they are very chilled out but we make a lot of thoughts in our own mind that if
I say this it might hurt others or they may perceive us like this or that.
I feel distinction made in the society in terms of
religion or caste or economic status plays a major role here.
To all those super amazing thinkers just answer one question
to yourself... If the other person were any known, would you have thought so
much before speaking or acting in a manner? Nope. Why because we don't care
what will they think about us.
Another question? If you act like a gentleman even if you
are not will that change your real personality? No way. You will always feel
suffocated portraying someone else.
Why do we tend to act like someone else?
1. We want to impress that person or maybe
2. We don't want to lose that person by showing our original
self.
What we forget is you cannot continue the same for a longer
period of time. One day you will feel tired and will want to get rid of it.
You would love to open up... Act in a bizarre manner... Do
stupid stuff..... Say anything... Do anything..... And feel relieved from
all of it.
So why not DO it from Day 1.
Also, we forget that what is meant for us will definitely
find its way to reach us. We will get the right people, right friends, right
teachers, right mentors, right partner, right job.
Also, it's high time that you wait for someone to give you
your turn.
Show them what you
have got because I always feel that opportunities will not be served to you on
a silver platter. It is always around us. Grab that opportunity by yourself.
So live three mantras :
Don't fear anything in life.
Be Shameless Be Happy.
Original is beautiful.
